Built for railway structures examination

Your report starts on site.

Speak what you see. ARCH files it under the right element, records your soundings with no signal, and has the write-up waiting when you're back at the van. Your engineers approve every word.

Asset Record & Condition History

Examiners lose evenings retyping notebooks, soundings and last year's report. ARCH does that part, so their time goes on the structure.

How it works

From the riverbank to the issued report.

01 · On site

Talk while you work.

Tap speak and say it as you see it. ARCH works out the element, the defect, where it is and the dimension you just measured, and files it. A crack is written up as a fracture.

02 · In the water

Soundings straight into the record.

Type or read out the bed level at each position and press Enter. The change against the last examination is worked out and highlighted, and the bed profile draws itself.

03 · Back at the van

The write-up is already half done.

One tap writes your grades, words and measurements into the right boxes. AI drafts the narrative from your notes, and nothing goes in until you accept it.

04 · In the office

Checked, approved, issued.

Built-in checks catch the gaps before your STE2 sees them. Reviews, returns and the submission pack happen in the same place, and the programme updates live.

AI, under your control

The typing done for you. The judgement left with you.

ARCH uses Claude, from Anthropic, to draft narratives from your site notes, read last year's report so nobody retypes it, and check a report for gaps before it goes for review.

  • Every suggestion is marked as AI and waits for a named person to accept, edit or reject it.
  • It never sets a condition grade or signs anything off.
  • Switched on per organisation, inside a monthly spend limit you set.
  • Your data is not used to train the models.

Your time back

What could your team get back?

Put in your own figures. The share of write-up time ARCH removes is your estimate. Ask us to measure it with you on your own structures.

Hours back every month

0working days a year
0full-time people's worth
0more reports a month that time could cover

Working days at 7.5 hours; a full-time year at 1,650 hours. An estimate from your inputs, not a measured result.

In the field

Built for the work you actually do.
