AI in ARCH

AI that drafts. People decide.

ARCH uses Claude, from Anthropic, to save the typing, never the thinking. Drafts, previous-report reading and second checks, each one marked as AI and waiting for a named person.

Draft from site notes

Your notes become report wording.

ARCH turns the team's site notes into element narratives and report text, each quoting the note it came from. Accept, edit or reject each one, or read them all and accept together.

The helpers

Where AI saves the most time.

✦

Draft from site notes

Narratives and report text drafted from what the team said on site.

✦

Fill from the previous report

Reads the last checked report of the same structure and proposes values for empty boxes, so nobody retypes it.

✦

Check before submitting

A second read for gaps and inconsistencies, tagged Must fix, Check or Wording.

✦

Compare with last time

Shows the reviewer what has changed since the last checked examination.

✦

Ask the assistant

"What's waiting for my check?" Answers about the examinations you can see. It changes nothing.

Rules that never bend

Engineering judgement stays with your engineers.

  • AI never sets or changes a condition grade. The condition column is removed from every AI answer.
  • Nothing changes until a named person accepts, edits or rejects it, and the record shows who.
  • Accepted wording is marked as AI-assisted, with its source.
  • Switched on per organisation, with a monthly spend limit you set.
  • Requests go to Anthropic under commercial terms that don't allow your data to be used for training.
