This notice covers this website, getarchplatform.co.uk. It does not cover the ARCH application itself, whose data handling is set out in each customer's agreement.

Who we are

Venus Systems Ltd, United Kingdom, owns ARCH and is the controller of the details you send through this website. Contact: blake@venus-systems.io.

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, company, work email, phone number if you give it, your role, team size and your message. We use them only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a demonstration. Our lawful basis is your consent, given with the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

Who processes it

Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf, and our email provider delivers the enquiry to us. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Photographs and video on this site are served from our media provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case your agreement applies.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. The phone demo runs in your browser and sends nothing.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold, or withdraw your consent, by emailing blake@venus-systems.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
